distribution.wtf

How it works

From brief to proof, in one run.

Every campaign is a run with explicit state: planned, approved, executing, live, complete. People stay in control of spend and terms, and every step leaves evidence.

In one paragraph

A distribution.wtf campaign runs in eight stages: intent, audience, plan, inventory, approval, execution, evidence and results. You write the brief and approve the plan. We resolve the audience, check availability and terms, coordinate execution across the network, and record proof for every placement. In V1B each stage also becomes a typed tool that an agent can call.

Per our V1 product spec, the workflow has 9 steps, from intent to close and learn; this page groups them into the 8 stages a run reports on.

The workflow

Eight stages. You own two of them.

You set the intent and you approve the plan. The rest is ours, and every stage reports back. In V1B each stage also becomes a tool your agent can call.

A proposed mix of creators, podcasts, newsletters, events, communities, media and partners, with cost, timing and deliverables.

Availability, commercial terms, conflicts, audience fit and fulfilment requirements are checked before anything is committed.

  5. 05you

    Approval

    distribution.approve

Approve, edit or reject. Pre-approved policies can let specific campaign classes move without manual sign-off.

  6. 06

    Execution

    distribution.execute

Outreach, booking, asset routing, publishing coordination and event setup, run by our team with software underneath.

  7. 07

    Evidence

    distribution.evidence

Each placement records commitment, asset, timestamp, live URL or attendance signal, spend and delivery state.

  8. 08

    Results

    distribution.results

Delivery plus the outcome signals the campaign can capture. Results update the graph, so the next plan starts smarter.

Campaign state

State you can read, pause and audit.

The same states show in the workspace and through the API, so a person and an agent always see the same campaign.
